These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HaloHalo ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all use of the App.
The App is a mobile application for learning Tagalog (Filipino). It includes:

Prices include tax and are subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of the period end.
You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. We cannot process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content (text, audio, video, images, logos, etc.) belong to the operator or their rightful owners.
The operator may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
The App is provided as an educational service. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results.
The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
Exchange rate information shown in the App is for reference only and may differ from actual transaction rates.
Personal information is handled according to our separate Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect when posted in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location.
